St. Andrew Lutheran Church

St. Andrew Lutheran Church is located on the northwest corner of W. 37th St. and S. Honore St. in the McKinley Park neighborhood of Chicago. St. Andrew Lutheran Church has served the community for more than 130 years.

Sunday worship services are held at 9:30 a.m., followed by Bible study for adults and Sunday School for kids (about 10:45 to 11:45 a.m.).

Sunday School is open to children 3 years old through 8th grade.  Our Sunday School meets every Sunday from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m.  We offer Bible stories, games, crafts and snacks. There is no need to register: simply come and join the learning and fun.

Young adults high school age and above are welcome to join adult Bible study.  We also have a youth confirmation class that meets on a weekday evening during the school year; please contact us for more information.

Bible study in Mandarin Chinese meets on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Andrew Ministry Center (the house next to the church).

Friday Bible study for adults meets from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the St. Andrew Ministry Center (the house next to the church).  Coffee and refreshments are provided. 

You do not have to be a member of St. Andrew to attend our services and programs: Everyone is welcome to join us!

In addition to these public offerings, our pastor also provides pastoral counseling for individuals, couples (marriage and pre-marriage counseling), and families, and individual Bible classes for those interested in learning more about the Bible, the Christian faith, or interested in being baptized or becoming a member of our church.
